Master of Ceremonies

We were pleased to have Mark Roberts back again as our Master of Ceremonies. From documenting the mission of Fort Bragg troops in Operation Desert Storm to splitting the sides of viewers with his Christmas Parade street antics, Mark Roberts had a one of a kind career that spanned nearly two decades at North Carolina’s number one television station, WRAL-TV.
After nearly a decade of reporting on local, national and international news, Roberts was called back to the studio to become WRAL’s first traffic reporter/anchor. Selected not only for his news-gathering skills, but also for his off-the-wall personality. For eight years as the Triangle’s morning jolt of java, he mixed light-hearted humor, unique phrases and solid information to get the motoring public moving.
Mark Roberts lives in Wake Forest with his wife, Tresa, and three dogs, Chewy, Leo and Josey Mae.
